Shipping Methods and Rates
Complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $50
Due to the handmade nature of our products, order processing may take up to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4–10 business days for standard shipping after processing.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us. Halik is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Reporting Other Issues
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at info@shophalik.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
