Shipping Methods and Rates

Complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $50. A flat shipping fee of $9 will be applied to all orders below $50.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, order processing may take up to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4–10 business days for standard shipping after processing. 

International shipping starts at $19. Full shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us. Halik is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Warm Weather Shipping & Our Paradise Whipped Body Butter

During summer months and in warmer shipping zones, orders with the Paradise Whipped Body Butter may arrive softened or fully melted. This does not affect the quality of the formula. Melting changes the whipped texture, not the botanical ingredients or their moisturizing power.

We do not use synthetic stabilizers, and do not formulate our body butter with beeswax. This keeps the formula bio-compatible and intentional, but it also means the whipped texture is more sensitive to heat than a stabilized one would be. We use foil-insulated mailers throughout the summer to protect your order in transit, but even careful packaging cannot always offset extreme heat in mail trucks, mailboxes, or on porches.

If your butter arrives melted, place the unopened jar in your refrigerator for a few hours. This allows the butter to harden again. If you live in a warmer climate, we recommend refrigerating your body butter as soon as it arrives, without opening it first. Opening a melted jar to check on it can cause the product to spill.

Whipping folds tiny air bubbles into the butter, which lightens it and creates that fluffy texture. When a whipped butter melts, those air bubbles collapse, so the product settles into less volume. Your jar was filled to the top. If melting occurs, the butter simply takes up less space once it firms back up.

Please note that melting is a natural response to heat, and we cannot control the conditions of transit or delivery. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for melted products. If you are ordering body butter during warmer months, we appreciate your understanding, and we recommend choosing a cooler shipping window when possible.

Order Cancellation 

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Reporting Other Issues 

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at info@shophalik.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue. 

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
